Vineyard site : The warm climate of the Aquitaine basin is tempered by the freshness of the Dordogne river. The exposure at the top of the hillside,(altitude 125 meters), ensures  exceptional sunshine and perfect drainage of rainfall.

 Soil : Limestone bedrock from the tertiary period covered by chalky clay subsoil.

Area : Total area : 297 acres. Vineyard on 116 acres planted with 54 acres of white varieties and 62 acres of Red.

Vine varieties:   

White : 50 % Sauvignon, 45 % Sémillon, 5% Muscadelle

Red : 20% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet-Franc
